Default What is the Greatest Skill Buff and Greatest Skill Nerf?
Greatest Buff: Spoil Victor (e). The old one did a 53 loss of life at 16 Blood Magic per proc before the Nightfall update. Now, it does 105 loss of life per proc. Combined with an extremely long duration and relatively low energy cost, it's now an incredible Elite.

Greatest Nerf: Ether Renewal (e). I liked this skill, but it was nerfed a long time ago due to Smite. The nerf made the skill completely useless. And IIRC, ArenaNet nerfed it again after that...

What so you think is the greatest buff and the greatest nerf?

"greatest" isn't the word I'd use.

The Most game changing Nerf: Ether Renewel and Dervishes from the preview.

The most game changing Buff: Buffs are usually unexciting and dont last long in the meta, but the Glyph of Lesser energy buff has put it on many bars.

Nerf: death of duplicate spirits (at least in HoH)

Greatest Nerf: Protective Bond...poor poor skill, they aimed true on killing this one

Greates Buff: Insidious Parasite, Spoil Victor, Live Vicariously and Vigorous Spirit

I would give anything to see Prot Bond restored to what it once was, although Shield of Absorption is looking to be even better than all previous "Invinci" skills

Nerf: Zealot's Fire. C'mon, it triggered off stances and shouts back in the good ole days.
Buff: Shouts to danger zone (aggro bubble) range.

Well, I would to say that the greatest buff is the new Nightfall fire spells. It finally made elementalists a damage-dealing class again. (Why must A-net nerf elementalists so?)

Greatest nerf: Blackout > (The old one was set up so the target foe suffered a 6 second of blackout while the user suffered only 5 seconds. I took advantage of the extra second the foes had to suffer to land hits on them before they started touching again. Now both foe and the user suffers both 5 seconds. -_-)
